WOW! What a week at Real Recruits!! 🎉

We kicked off this crazily busy week with an exciting move into our brand-new office space in Bolton! 🏢 With the business growing recently, we had outgrown our old office and had to move. It was a mammoth task, and we couldn’t have done with without the hard work of our amazing team. 

We welcomed Noah Barnes (15), a student from Mount St Josephs in Bolton, for some work experience. Noah immediately impressed us with his thirst to learn and how quickly he fit in with office life! 💼 

Noah has been learning the basics of recruitment, how things run on a day-to-day basis in an office environment and a few ‘LIFE’ tips along the way (hopefully). He has left leaving a great impact on the business this week; moving furniture to help set up the new office, answering phone calls and working alongside the Driving/ Warehouse Recruiters and the Payroll Department.

On Valentines Day, the team definitely feeling the love when they were greeted in the office with cards, balloons, and chocolates from a secret admirer! 😉  

To wrap up the busy but fun-filled week, Dan and Debbie treated the team to a night of bowling and delicious food at our favourite spot, Wagamamas! 🍜
