We have loads of news after a really busy period in our very short life span and we have just celebrated our 2 year anniversary!!
We (myself & Debbie) started Real Recruits deep in the middle of Covid times 2 years ago (June 2020) and genuinely didn’t know what was to come of 2 pretty straight forward, long in the tooth, experienced recruiters setting up a recruitment business. With the help and support of Phil Bottomley (Major Recruitment) we set off on our journey to provide an honest, ethical and compliant solution to clients and candidates as we believed we did for in excess of 18 years previous…
Now sat here with over 20 years of experience, we have 2 branches in Manchester and Preston whilst still continuously striving to set up more sustainable, honest branches that will help people back into employment and on to the next step in whatever journey they may be on!
We also have a new website!!
More investment from the business to support with our onboarding process in the recruitment and registration of our candidates but to also give our clients a glimpse of us and what we are all about. The process of gathering the information and layering it out to which way it should be has been painful at times however we are really happy with where it’s at, unfortunately it’s one of those jobs that is never complete but feel it’s a fantastic addition to the business and will be around for the foreseeable future!!
Last but not least we would like to announce one more ‘snippet’ of great news and another fantastic addition to our business is the promotion of one of our original team – Connor Martin, promoted to Senior Consultant!
Connor has worked in recruitment for nearly 5 years now and for approx. 1and ½ of those with Real Recruits. Connor has showed great purpose and organisation while being a well liked member of the team and a role model to some, with this in mind we have asked him to ‘step up’ and support the branch in more strategic direction supporting us to ensure the business is moving forward, as well as day to day dealing with candidates and clients alike.
To conclude
Myself and Debbie are really proud to be sat here today doing what we love and having achieved where we are at, but this is only the start onwards and upwards we have lots more to come…please keep your eyes peeled.
